Blaze to 5K Challenge

Join the Move More Movement!  This ongoing fitness challenge: Blaze to 5K runs from July 13, 2020 through August 21, 2020. Each day participants will complete a physical activity of their choice and keep track using the digital footprint handout. You don't have to be a runner to participate. However this is a great way to start preparing for the Cross Country Team 5K on August 22, 2020!
