During the day, we have Residence Hall Directors on duty. Each Residence Hall Director has office hours during which they work in the hall office and are available for residents to stop by. Keep in mind RHDs are students like you and do attend class during certain times. There is a staff member on call 24 hours a day; 365 days a year for emergency situations.

In addition, there is a Front Desk Worker at the front desk at certain times throughout the day and HEART works 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Residence hall staff members and University Police Officers make rounds throughout the building on a regular basis. VSU residence halls are equipped with security cameras in many different areas. Cameras are not always visible but are recording 24/7/365.
