June 15, 2021: UPD Phones Down
The faculty and staff at Valdosta State University are committed to creating learning opportunities for our students and service opportunities for the communities that we serve. Gifts to Programmatic Opportunities help our academic deans embrace the margins of excellence within their colleges. In addition, department heads and faculty members have the ability to engage students in learning opportunities through research and service projects which allow VSU graduates to enter the workforce with real world experiences.
Programmatic Gifts have allowed for the creation of the Mary Virginia Terry Center for Experiential Learning that will provide VSU students the opportunity to make an impact working with leaders in VSU’s 41-county service area. The recently established Donald J. Lee Center for Entrepreneurship provides training and experiences to students from a variety of academic disciplines who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. These two examples demonstrate the impact of a gift to Programmatic Opportunities. Please contact us if you would like to make an impact!
