Reflections:
1. Describe and give examples of how the students were engaged in learning during your lesson.
The students answered questions that I asked during the lesson about how they thought the girl felt in the story. The boy said the girl ran away and felt sad and lonely, and the girl said the girl in the story still loved her mommy even if she had not said "I love you".

2. Describe and give examples of how the students responded to your lesson.
One of the two students I taught the lesson to would not use the mouse while the other student just had fun and was so excited to get to use the mouse to scroll up and down the page.  However, both of the students cooperated when asked to type their name with assistance and enjoyed typing their name on the keyboard with assistance.  Also, both students answered my questions with sensible and appropriate answers.

3. Describe and give examples of how the students achieved the assessment of your lesson.
The girl was able to control the computer and use the mouse to scroll up and down the page so she was satisfactory while the boy would not even use the mouse so he was unsatisfactory. Both of the students were satisfactory in giving answers that made sense compared to the questions asked in reference to the story.  Both students were able to type their name and words with teacher assistance satisfactorily.

Draw a picture showing the girl’s feelings after the mother said "I love you".  What do you think would have happened if the girl’s mother had not said “I love you” in the story? (question from story)

Henry's answer -  She (the girl) would have run away.  She would have felt sad and lonely.  She was running by the pond and skinned her knee at the bottom.

Draw a picture showing the girl’s feelings after the mother said "I love you".  What do you think would have happened if the girl’s mother had not said “I love you” in the story?

Mary Catherine's answer - The mother would have said " I think you're the best girl.  I think that the mommy and the girl would still love each other.  She takes care of me when I hurt my leg.  When I fall, my mommy picks me up."
