My name is Sarah
Fowler. I am twenty-one years old, and I live in Nashville, Georgia. I
attend Valdosta State University
where I am in my first block as an Early Childhood Education
major. I am anticipating my graduation in December of 2007.
One of my most favorite
places in the world is Mt. Rainier located in
the state of Washington. I spent the first ten years of my life living
in Washington, so I have many memories of spending days and weeks up in
the mountains. To this day, I love the mountain setting, and I would
love to go back up to Rainier for at least one visit in my lifetime.
My family recently became the owners of a Weimaraner named
Molly. Weimaraners are, in my opinion, the most beautiful dogs. Molly
is one of the most lovable dogs I have ever seen, and is extremely
loyal to our family. From the day she came into our home, she instantly
became a member of our family. One of my favorite things to do in the
afternoons is to play with Molly.
A couple sites that will
help me in my quest to become a teacher are the Scholastic site, which
provides help for each grade level, as well as tips for lesson plans,
strategies, and tools for teaching. I also like The Teacher's Corner,
which provides seasonal activities, lesson plans, and message boards
for teachers to interact.
