Starting at
the left the containers are shown from greatest to least. The big
jug on the far left is a gallon, then a half gallon (or 2 quarts),
then 1 quart, a pint, and finally, a cup.
Most of us like to
drink milk, and when you go to the grocery store and buy it, it comes
in
different sizes. Your parent might buy a gallon of milk -
if you drink a lot of it!
