Welcome Grizzlies to Piney Grove Middle
School. You have now sailed
into the seventh grade and moved onto the second floor. Piney Grove is
located in
the heart of Forsyth County in Cumming, Georgia. Piney Grove’s
doors opened in 2007
and let in all of the new grizzlies. You will be the first exiting
class to
complete all three years here at Piney Grove. You are making history
students!
My name is Mrs. Foster, and this is my second year at The Grove. You and I are in this journey together. I have lived in Hawaii, North Carolina, Tennessee, California and Colorado, and I love surfing and snowboarding. I miss being able to partake in these passions daily, but I am proud to be here at Piney Grove. On the weekends, my husband and I love to go boating with our two dogs, Gladys and Emma.
I am so excited to be teaching seventh grade Math and
Science this year. Last
year I was with most of you teaching sixth grade
Language Arts. We will also be working on the Language! Program that I
introduced to you last year during our Literacy class. This will help
us increase
our reading skills.
