If an accompanist is not needed:
    1. Complete and print the Wednesday Recital Request Form .
    2. Submit the form to Mrs. Springfield in Room 257 by 9:00am on the Friday prior to the dersired Wednesday Recital date.
    3. Submit earlier to be sure of securing a date.

If an accompanist is needed:
    1. Complete and print the Wednesday Recital Request Form .
    2. Print and complete the Student Schedule Form.
    3. Submit the forms along with the piano accompaniment part to Mrs. Springfield three weeks before the desired Wednesday Recital date.
    4. Submit earlier to be sure of securing a date.

A draft of the program will be posted on the bulletin board outside Room 257 the Monday prior to the Wednesday Recital date.
It is the student's and applied instructor's responsibility to proofread the program.

The Music Department is not obligated to honor an accompanying request if the above deadlines are not met.
