TEL 261 V is designed to reward air work on WVVS with one credit hour per quarter.  The credit for this course will require your commitment to air quality program presentation on WVVS-FM. You will be expected to perform your air shift duties according to the standards set out in the WVVS handbook and be prompt for all assigned shifts.

In addition you will be expected to work with the faculty advisor for WVVS in improving your on-air presentation by attending a minimum of four individual critique sessions during the quarter. These critique sessions will concentrate on your air work as recorded on the station's air-check skimmer.  We will emphasize ways to improve your presentation and better develop your air personality skills.

The grading of this course is S/U and evaluation will be based upon your performance of your assigned air shifts on WVVS and your attendance for critique sessions with the faculty advisor.

You should schedule a critique time with the faculty advisor as early in the quarter as possible since credit for the course will not be granted without critique sessions.
