Ni hao! Hello! My name is Mary
Rosenkrans, and I am thrilled you've chosen to visit my page! I
graduated in 2003 from Stephens County High School, and I am currently
pursuing a Master's Degree in
Special Education and Early Childhood Education at Valdosta
State University.
Receiving an
education
is a rewarding experience and I am happy to be involved in changing the
lives of students who truly enjoy learning. I love the idea of
teaching because I want to make an impression upon students who
really need my help, especially in other countries of the world, such
as Taiwan.

Past
Educational Experiences
As a child, I loved
school more than anything else. As an avid reader, I could usually be
found hiding away in a corner, poring over multiple novels. Once a
teacher realized how far ahead I was scholastically, I enjoyed school
even more because I was being challenged to read and work on a higher
level. Like this teacher,
I have high expectations for all students, including students with special needs. I have had many
wonderful experiences at different schools through my practicum
settings, and I even was a teacher's assistant in high school.

More
about me!
In my
spare time, I
enjoy photography and
scrapbooking,
especially after I've taken a trip! Speaking of trips, travel is my
other passion; I spent last summer in Taipei, Taiwan, as a
teacher's assistant at Christ's
College through the mission
organization MTW.
After graduation, I plan to return to Taiwan to teach at a school for
the children of missionaries called Morrison
Academy. As for other hobbies, I
love reading, watching movies,
four-wheeling, hiking, and spending time with my two families.

Psalm
40:5
Many, O LORD my God, are
Your wonderful works Which
You have done; And
Your thoughts toward us Cannot
be recounted to You in order; If
I
would declare and speak of
them, They
are more than can be numbered.
