About Him!
Biopoem
He stood on the plate
With His eyes on
the ball
He had a slighted
crooked nose
This player stood
tall.
He swung with all
his might
And ran for his team
A Tiger whose tactics
made audiences scream.
This Georgia Peach
was not so sweet
For he fought and
pulled tricks to make his defeat.
He sharpend his spurs
just to make known
That he was the worst
you could ever take on!
He wasn't someone
that I would call friend
But he was the best
to the very end.

The students will try to guess who the person is that is decribed in the
bio-poem. I will have the students choose a partner to work with
on the computer. I will tell the students that they will be visiting
3 websites that I have selected for them. I will say, "As you visit
