Welcome, my name is Lori Rewis. I am a junior at Valdosta State University where I am pursuing my Master's degree in Early Childhood/Special Education and Interrelated Special Education. I am enrolled in the VSU/South GA College cohort and I should graduate in the Spring of 2008. I am currently employed as a paraprofessional at the Bacon County Elementary School. I work with 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders. I enjoy working with all of the students.
I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my 2 year old niece and my 4 month old nephew. One of my hobbies is listening to music. My favorite type of music is Contempory Christian. I enjoy listening to South Georgia's positive hit music station 95.3 The Hook!
My favorite sports team is the GA Bulldogs! Last year I visited the University of Georgia for the first time. I stayed with a friend who is attending UGA. She took me on a tour of the campus and later we attended the GA vs Marshall football game and the Bulldogs won! Being in the atmosphere of the fans and the band really gets people excited.
One of the places I would like to visit someday is Sydney, Australia. It seems like a beautiful and relaxing country. While there I would visit Hillsong Church. My favorite Worship Band, Hillsong, sings at this church. I would love to attend a church service, tour the college, and maybe meet some of the people in the band.
