Hello! My name is Lauren Walker. I am an early childhood major at
Valdosta State University. I am from North Georgia and went to a high school of about 1,000
students. I loved every moment of high school and was very involved. I
was a cheerleader
and involved in many clubs and activities. I was
voted most spirited by my senior class. I was different than most
students in the fact that I did not want to ever leave. I do love
college but high school was my best experience yet.
I have a huge family whom I am really close with. I have an older brother whom is thirteen months older than me and a sister whom is sixteen years older than me. My mom is my best friend. My mom always read to my brother and I before we would go to bed each night and I believe that is where my love of reading comes from. Growing up, we spent every summer at our lake house with our extended family. The lake is still my favorite place to be.
I love to live life to the fullest. I love to lay on a blanket outside and read all day. I love to fish; even though I make someone else take the fish off the hook. I love to be with the people I love. I love to shop and buy pretty things. I love to make people smile. I love to be with children and old people. I love my Jesus! I love my friends and family! I love life!
