Students will also include in their portfolio evidence of the following:

 

  1. Student responsibility statement;
  2. Copy of certificate from a professional presentation;
  3. Completion Praxis I (if required);
  4. Completion of comprehensive examinations;
  5. Copy of endorsement statement;
  6. Evidence that at least one hundred hours of practicum or internship has been completed at the elementary, middle, and high school level. Separate logs indicating the time spent at each level, with a principal, and special education students must be in the portfolio.*
