All meetings will take place on the campus of Valdosta State University.  Early registration will take place in the Atrium of the Bailey Science Center on the corner of Georgia and North Patterson (Building 15 on the campus maps).  The Friday evening mixer, poster sessions and oral presentations will take place next door in Powell Hall (Building 14 on the campus maps).

Parking lots for the meeting are available after 3:00 on Friday and all day Saturday.  The dirt lots on the east end of Georgia Avenue are directly across from Powell Hall and the Bailey Science Center.

The penultimate version of the schedule is now available in docx and pdf formats.

For those of you that don't have to rush back the first thing Sunday morning, the Grand Bay Nature Center, about 20 minutes from VSU, has a nice boardwalk and observation tower.  A little farther, about an hour away in Fargo, is the western entrance to the Okefenokee Swamp.  The northern entrance is in Waycross,  about an hour and a half from VSU.  Both entrances rent canoes and motorboats and have guided boat tours.  Wild Adventures theme park, with fast rides and short lines, is about 10 miles south of town--many of final scenes in Zombieland were shot on location at Wild Adventures.

This page is still under construction.  Additional information will be provided as we get closer to the meeting date.
