Introducing.......
ME!
The one and only diva of them all, Ms. Ja'nette. I'm a lover of God, nurturing mother, loving daughter, inspiring sister, compassionate friend, knowledgeable student, remarkable teacher, adviser to all, and friend to many. Let's face it. I'm a Phenomenal Woman. I'm all that's good under the sun. That's why God made me. Now, where would the world be without me! God is the head of my life and without him I am NOTHING! Yes, I am all of those things, but to god be the glory!!!!!
I am the mother of 3 beautiful children ages 8, 6, and 18
months. I
am currently a full-time Valdosta State student. My major is
Early
Childhood Education/Special Education. I have recently
rededicated my
life to Christ. I am looking forward to growing in his word each
and
every day. For my life is in his hands. I am preparing to
be a
soldier in his army to be ready for what he has in store for me!
What brings me joy?
When the world around me is stressful, I find joy in all the little things. I like to cuddle with the kids and read a good book or watch a good movie. I have fun when I plan a girls night out with my best friends or my daughters. I also love candlelit dinners with the man I love. Overall, I just love to spend time with my family and friends. However, there are times that I like to be alone. During those times I love to take candlelit baths, watch my favorite shows, and SLEEP! Plenty of SLEEP!
Why did I decide to teach?
Before I began working towards my Early Childhood Education degree, I had received my A.A. in Business Administration. I had planned to receive my B.A. in Bus. Admin. through Valdosta State on Waycross College campus. During my last semester, I learned that because of budget cuts the program would be dropped. With only 3 options left, I decided to try the education program. At the start of my first semester in the Early Childhood program, I was not sure if I really wanted to be a teacher. However, before the end of the semester I found that my heart was truly satisfied. For the first time in my life I had a teacher that made we willingly want to learn. I looked forward to her class. She helped me to find the part of me that was missing.~My purpose in life.~
Who inspired me?
My children are my inspiration and motivation to achieve every goal that I set in life. When I just want to give up, I remember that I have three beautiful children that are depending on me to be there guiding light. They come second to none but God. Despite everything that I have gone through, I wouldn't trade them for the world!

My Favorite Talk Show~Oprah
Oprah is my all-time favorite talk show host in the world. She talks about real issues and she has done a lot to give back to those who so desperately need it. I Love You Oprah!
My Favorite Reality Show~American Idol
This show is awesome. As the season begins you laugh so much that you are litterally in tears. By the end it is so intense. Depending on who you voted for you are in tears because they lost or won.
My Favorite TV Show~The Parker's
This is a hilariaous show that I love to watch. I consider it one of my favorites because it always makes me laugh. Laughter is very necessary!
My 2 Favorite Stores~WalMart & J C Penney
Almost 95% of my shopping time is spent in these two stores. Between these two stores, I can feed and clothe my family and still have money to survive.
My Favorite Movie~The Gospel
This movieis about a young man whom is reared in the church, but after his mother's death turns to the world for comfort and became a R&B artist. Once he learned of his father's illness his life took a major turn. This movie left me in tears.
My Favorite Play~Any of Tyler Perry's Plays
His plays are so dynamic, I just couldn't choose one. He has found a way to talk about issues that we have gone through or witnessed through the life of someone else. But through it all, he shows us that with God we can still laugh and smile about our lives despite the trials and tribulations.
