One night will Nungu was sleeping he heard a loud noise. He thought it was an earthquake but, it was not. It was an elephant. The elephant said his name was Jovo. Jovo was a clumsy elephant. He was destroying the village and the villagers asked Jovo to leave. Jovo became very sad. He believed that no one loved him. Nungu realized that Jovo was the thunder elephant and he could make it rain. Nungu knew he had to make Jovo go home to make it rain and save his village. Nungu challenged Jovo to a tug of war. If Jovo won he could stay in the village. If he lost he had to go home.  Jovo lost the tug of war. Nungu wanted Jovo to feel loved and needed so, he went to make sure Jovo returned home safely.
