JOHN
WARDLE, Associate Attorney Immigration Law
EXPERTISE
Mr.
Wardle
is an associate attorney with Kuck Casablanca and practices in all
areas of U.S.
immigration and nationality law, but has focused his
practice on advising both small and
large corporate clients regarding
immigration benefits and issues. Mr. Wardle also assists
individuals in
obtaining various types of work visas.
Mr.
Wardle
also regularly practices before the Executive Office for Immigration
Review - this
includes immigration courts nationwide and the Board of
Immigration Appeals. Mr. Wardle
represents foreign nationals in
immigration court to seek asylum, apply for cancellation of
removal, or
seek other forms of relief before the immigration judge. He also
prepares appeals
to the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal
circuit courts, and has prepared writs of
mandamus to the federal
district court requesting adjudication of applications. Mr. Wardle
represents clients at asylum, NACARA, adjustment of status (through
family relationships
or employment), and naturalization interviews.

Dr. Chris Scott received his
AA and BS
in Management at University
of Maryland
and
also has a Master’s Degree in
International Personnel Management - San Francisco State University. He received his Ed.D. degree in
Administration and Supervision from Sanford University Dr.
Scott is a retired Army Officer experienced in management and foreign
affairs,
specializing on Central European
government and politics.
His
education career includes teaching
fourth grade at Ruth Hill Elementary, Newnan, Georgia.
He was
honored as Ruth Hill’s Teacher of the Year for 1998.
He has also served as Assistant Principal, Madras Middle
School,
in Newnan, Georgia.
He has held several administrative positions
including: Principal at Eastside
Elementary School, Senoia, Georgia;
Director of Human Resources, Coweta County School System,
Newnan,
Georgia; Assistant Superintendent in Coweta County School System,
Newnan,
Georgia; Assistant Superintendent of
Administrative Services and Operations in Coweta County School
System, Newnan,
Georgia. He has also been an Assistant Professor, Troy
State University,
Phoenix City, Alabama,
and Education Specialist for Research and Evaluation, and Title III
Monitor for
Georgia. He was recently named as the ESOL/Title III
Program Manager, Georgia
Department of
Education.
