        Hi my name is Gary Henley.  Here is some background info about me .I am the son of Mary Foster and Gary Henley Sr. I was born in Griffin,GA.on june5,1984. I was born in Spalding Region Hospital in Griffin. I am the youngest son of two. I have an older brother (Wy)  and a nephew by the name of little Wy.

          I was a very active student in high school. I played football, member of the JROTC color guard, I was a peer mediator, I was a member of sadd, I also was a Bogarsun, and a member of the close-up foundation.

       Welcome to my electronic portfolio and personal web page. I am a freshman at Valdosta State University. I plan to major in early childhood development. The reason I chose this major is because, as I look back thorough the years and see how many people took time to help better me.

           While you are here visiting my homepage, you should take a look at my photo gallery.  These are photos of all the people who matter in my life.  The photos range from myself to my family to my friends.  My resume is a small account of the things I have accomplished which can be reached by the above link.  My academic goals are the classes that I have attempted and passed.  It is a mock transcript of classes I have had to take.  My service learning journal is a small journal of my experiences within the community of Griffin.  It is a reflection of how I felt when performing my community service hours.  You may also take a look at my very own PowerPoint presentation.  I created this presentation as an in-class lecture.  This presentation will convey to you an idea of my knowledge of PowerPoint.  Take your time while looking through my portfolio so that you have the full chance to get to know Gary Leon Henley Jr.
