Purpose of Page: The Development Gateway Foundation provides access to information on a variety of topics through "communities" with guides for each area of content. The two of primary importance to us are the E-Govnerment and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) communities. You will find some very interesting articles, such as a report from the UN 2008 survey on Global E-Government and articles on electronic records management, eDemocracy, and local E-Gov.

The cartoon included several references to ZOHO, so I went to the site, read the FAQs:

... and set up an account using my Google email account. In other words, it is possible to either set up an account with ZOHO or to use an established account with either Google or Yahoo to use the online applications.
Purpose of Page: To make a version of cloud computing available on the Web for free.
