| Outline a marketing plan for the nonprofit organization that was the subject of the Nonprofit Overview Summary. This is an outline, preferably done in PowerPoint so it is easy for everyone to view it. Therefore it does not have to be paragraph and strict sentence format. It can be done as a topic outline with short sections on the main topics. | |||||
| Remember to use the information you gathered in the nonprofit overview summary. For instance: What about membership levels? Do you need to try and build membership? Do they have enough volunteers? If not, perhaps we should put volunteer recruitment into the plan. |
