Me
My name is Jordan DeCarlo. I am from Quitman, GA--a small town about 20 miles from here. I graduated from Brooks County High School in 2005. I am currently a Junior at Valdosta State University and am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I plan on graduating with my Bachelor's Degree in December of 2009. After completing my Bachelor's Degree, my plan is to start the program for my Master's Degree in the spring of 2010. I plan on staying in south Georgia after I finish college and living in Quitman. I am also engaged to a wonderful man and we will be getting married in August of 2009.

My Talents, Accomplishments, and/or Interests
I graduated from high school as an honor graduate. Also, I am starting the program for my major this semester and I consider that to be an accomplishment. I am also engaged and will be getting married next year. I have always wanted to have a family of my own, so I consider this to be an accomplishment.
Some of my interests include: spending time with my family, fiance´, and friends. I also love to go shopping. I enjoy snow skiing although I have not done it in a few years. I am a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan.
Something Special I Would Like To Do
I would like to travel to Canada. I am not sure what it is about Canada that appeals to me, but I would love to travel there and see a new place. I think it would be a very pretty and neat place to visit.
Some of My Favorite Websites
1) I use the Valdosta State University website on a daily basis. This site provides me with email, information about classes, resources for lesson plans, etc.
2) My favorite college football team is the Georgia Bulldogs. I enjoy going to their games, and try to go a few games each year.
3) Another sport that I enjoy watching is racing. I enjoy watching Nascar races on tv or in person. It is a sport that my dad, fiance´, future father-in-law, and I all enjoy watching together.
4) One activity I enjoy doing is snow skiing. I took this hobby up in middle school, and still enjoy going. I am not great at it, but it is something I really enjoy.
5) Another site that I like going to is the Vera Bradley website. I love going to the website so that I can view the new collections that will be coming out. I am a huge fan--I have several purses, tote bags, and luggage pieces, and I plan to start collecting one of the sets of china.
