East & West Investments |

Working daily as a agent or manager during my college education, I helped to support many of my family's businesses for the last 25 years. One of these businesses included the East & West Investments, an investment company that handled the property management side of my family's businesses and corporate real estate holdings. These holdings included the many commercial projects that my entrepreneurial family started as new businesses. As property manager and agent, I managed bookkeeping accounts and transactions of the commercial real estate property sales and rentals. I also created, reviewed and maintained contracts, conducted market research to expand our investment portfolios, and helped to designed, developed, and manage all estate assets. |

| In order to meet the growing demands of the tourism and travel industry in Valdosta, Georgia, East & West Investments underwent a major hotel project called Garden Villas, which located on Ashley Street, across from South Georgia Medical Center as well as Valdosta State University's North Campus. With more than 50 new French Polynesian Colonial-style rooms, this hotel is the hottest new hotel under construction in the city, boasting a unique property layout, connected and positioned next to the Garden Plaza Shopping Mall, offering first-class accommodations and amenities. | ||||||||
