How To Make A New Page

With SeaMonkey Composer

Please Note: The directions below are for all of your new pages, except your home page. If you are making your Home Page: See directions for How to Make Your First Page (Home Page).

Create Your New Web Page …………………….

When you are ready To Publish ...........................

Settings tab (Tip: Your information on the "Setting" tab will stay the same for every page that you publish.) (See Settings tab example below)

HTTP address of your homepage (fill in) http://www.valdosta.edu/~yourusername
User Name: (your user name)
Password: (your password)

Site Name: Grits
Page Title: (give your page a title) for example: Student Resources by Diane Judd
Filename: Give your new page a name that is short and ends with .html (for example: student.html) (Tip: You need to be sure that you use a different new file name for each of your new web pages)
Check box: Include images and other files (if you have added images)
