Brief bio

Andy is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum, Leadership, and Technology here at VSU. He has over 20 years of experience in higher education, including teaching, administration and professional  development. A former high school science teacher, he is today a teacher of teachers in the graduate courses he leads, and serves as a technology specialist supporting colleagues, grants and service projects. Andy is a founding member of VSU's HUB Learning Cooperative for faculty development, leader of the faculty group known as the iDoctors, and was named one of 100 Apple Distinguished Educators for 2007.
