Ten Projects with Undergraduates: From Documentaries to Patents

This presentation will focus on research projects with undergraduate
students in the VSU chemistry department. The projects include the first
successful production of several marine natural products in a microbial
broth, a textbook written in collaboration with faculty at University of
Havana (Cuba) that is co-authored by students and a 1/2 hour documentary
completely produced, written and filmed by students that recently aired on
local TV stations
