This is student "C"'s depiction of the life cycle of a Sea Turtle, as
drawn on the MS Paint Program. It was hard for him to use the mouse,
but you can tell that he has three distinct stages in his cycle. He
also said that there had to be two adult turtles, a mommy and a daddy.
He also had to do the same animal as student "K" (right) because they
are best friends. 2. Student "C" really enjoyed getting to use the computer and liked seeing the pictures of the "for-real" animals instead of the drawings that I did. |

This is student "K"' s drawing. He really wanted it to look a lot like
the one I had made so he typed the word turtle onto it. He did a very
good job drawing his pictures and drawing arrows to the next stage. 2. It was obvious that student "K" was used to using a computer because he controlled the mouse most of the time, even though it was available for all students to use. He said he liked learning off the computer because it was almost like playing a game. |
