Hi, my name is Christy Englehart
and I am a resident of Lowndes County and currently a junior
Psychology major at Valdosta State University. During
freshman year I was involved with FYE
(Freshman Year Experience) which helped me develop essential skills
needed to be a successful college student. My portfolio
contains information and materials applicable to my undergraduate studies and
professional career. I have posted a current copy of my
resume, and I have included several writing samples.
A major theme in my undergraduate studies has been leadership development.
One of the significant accomplishments in developing leadership skills is
service learning. During my time at VSU, I have been involved with the
American Red Cross, volunteering for the Lake Park Library, and Habitat for Humanity. I have outlined some of my
work with these agencies in my Service Learning
Journal. My Co-Curricular Transcript
lists many of my extra curricular activities, leadership positions that I have
held, and my involvement outside of the classroom. I am currently employed
