software. What problems can one anticipate when using this program.
This program is fairly simple. The students may take a little longer if

response. The students should have an extended period of time to type.
Title of Software Program: Paint
Published By: Microsoft
The students will use the program called Paint. After the
students read about Ben Franklin, they will see that he held many jobs.

to produce the perfect picture, but they should be able to draw a
picture using Paint that is
recognizable.
Title of Software Program: PowerPoint
Published By: Microsoft
The students can work as a class with the help of the teacher to
produce a PowerPoint presentation about Harriet Tubman. The

during her life. It can include her time as a helper to the Underground
Railroad.
PowerPoint can be difficult for children. This is why the teacher will
work with the students to make the PowerPoint. The PowerPoint will be
done by the entire class. Every child will help because it will be
easier to do this than to have every student do an individual
PowerPoint.
