student was asked to decorate the cake by using the patterns discussed
during the eBook. The student was asked to choose one pattern to be the
candles and three other patterns for the layers of the cake. Once they
chose their patterns they drew them onto the cake. 2. This student is a very quiet student during most lessons, but during this one she opened up and talked much more. During the lesson and the activity she had a great grasp on the concept. She understood the patterns and how to draw them onto the cake. |

pattern to be the candles and three other patterns for the layers of
the cake.
Once they chose their patterns they drew them onto the cake. 2. This student is normally very independent during class and she was also very independent during this lesson. She wanted to use the mouse most of the time and she was very quick to choose her patterns and successfully draw them onto her cake. She did not have very much help from me once she started drawing them. She choose and completed the cake independently.
