(My Family) 

    My name is Brandi Bass and I attended Echols County School grades Kindergarten through Twelfth grade.  I never had to move locations because we had the same campus for all grades.  I graduated high school in May 2004, and started Georgia Military College in August 2004.  I attended GMC for two years, and then transferred to Valdosta State University.  I have chosen to major in Early Childhood Education, because I love children and want to make a difference in the world.

I am from the small town of Echols County. I enjoyed growing up in a small town where everyone knows each other, or at lesat think they do.  If they don't know something about you, people will make up things as they see fit.  My Senior year of high school I was involved in the Teacher Apprenticeship Program.  I assisted in a First grade , and a Fifth grade class.  This was a very important component in helping me have a sure decision that teaching is what I really wanted to do I am very glad that I decided to become part of the Early Childhood Education and Reading Program.


In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.  My family is very important to me and I enjoy every minute that I am with them.  I also love to shop when I have the time and money my favorite place to shop is Target .
I enjoy taking picutres, laying out in the summer time, going to Fernandina Beach and going out to eat with my boyfriend.  When I'm not in school I waitress at Pirate's Bluff Seafood Restaurant.  I have been working there for 2 1/2 years.  I really enjoy my job because you get to interact with so many different types of people everyday.  One of my favorite things to do now is spend time with my new baby sister, Addison.
