During the internet hype days everyone wanted and Aeron chair from Herman Miller, but the truth is mesh is not the best platform for an office chair. Many newer designs combine mesh backs with fabric and foam padded seats, which seems to be the most comfortable. Desk chairs can come with a variety of paddles to adjust them perfectly. Usually the more paddles and adjustments, the more the chair will cost, but it's worth it in the end!
