Hello!  My name is Ashley May.  I am a junior at Valdosta State University pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education.    I have lived in Tifton, Georgia for twenty-six years.  Tifton is home to the second largest magnolia tree in the United States.  Tifton is also known as the Reading Capital of the World.   As a future educator, reading is very important to me.  I am glad our school system encourages the Accelerated Reader program.

                                                               

     I have always wanted to visit Italy, especially Rome, for the architecture and the food.  The churches are where I would really like to visit.  I have always wanted to see the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel in person.  I consider Paris, France to be another great vacation destination.  I want to go to the Eiffel Tower and even as far as the French Riviera.

      I have two toy poodles that are the insperation for this page.  Sparky is 8 years old and Katie is 4 years old.  Sparky recently had his right eye removed because of a completely detached retina and glaucoma.  However, he is still one of the two cutest poodles in the world!   I hope you will enjoy the links to some of my favorite sites!
