Microsoft Word and Webct

Viewing Word documents that have been added directly to WebCT course pages and learning mocules can be problematic. When students try to view a Word document in WebCT Vista, Internet Explorer launches a Word application inside the web browser which knocks the student out of the course. For this reason, we strongly recommend that Word documents be converted into a web pages (please note: attaching a Word Document to mail, assignments, discussions, and other web pages works fine).
