WebCT Vista Section Request Form

WebCT sections are automatically created for courses once they appears in banner. However, there are times where you may need to build a course several semesters in advance. In this case, use this form for requesting a section that does not exist in Banner (the student registration system) or granting a faculty member not assigned to that class access. If your course listed in Banner and you need a template applied please use the section migration form.

Those who have not yet taken training should sign up for training.

Before completing this form, please make sure to be familiar with the Self-Help item for Designers and Instructors called How do I get a course? Please fill-in and submit the form below to request a class be placed on the Vista site.

If you have any questions, please contact the VSU Vista Support at webct@valdosta.edu. You must complete all required items in order for your request to be processed. Please submit this form once for each Web-based course or project that you would like to develop.

You will be notified of your approval via e-mail . Please allow one business week to receive and process your approval. After approval, a VSU Vista Institutional Administrator will notify you when your section(s) are ready.
