Help Request (Technical)
Using this form is one of the best ways to get help with WebCT Vista. Once submitted a help request ticket is created in Service Desk Plus and notification is sent to the Helpdesk and/or Distance Learning (depending on the nature of the request). Please refer to the ticket number for followup corespondance.
Section Migration (Reuse your course for next semester)
Faculty can save time by re-using WebCT sections for following semesters in which they will teach the same course. Complete this form to request section migrations.

Quiz Database Migration
Those faculty wishing VSU Vista Support to assist in the migration of their quiz questions should contact us using this form with the identity of the courses below.
Section Request
WebCT sections are automatically created for courses once they appears in banner. However, there are times where you may need to build a course several semesters inadvance. In this case, use this form for requesting a section that does not exist in Banner (the student registration system) or granting a faculty member not assigned to that class access.
Restrict Learning Access Dates
Faculty can request that certain sections be closed so that students will not be able to access them.

WebCT Self Paced Guides and Resources
The Distance Learning Department and participating faculty are working to build a learning community of users with access to WebCT Self Paced Guides and Resources. The community and resources are located in WebCT Vista section entitled "Faculty Help Resources- VSU Vista - Faculty and Staff Support". If you are not apart of this community of users please request enrollment by completing the Distance Learning, training request form.

IT Helpdesk
The Information Technology Helpdesk provides faculty and students with technical assistance with the user's password and computer (i.e. Changing/Restting passwords, troubleshooting Internet browser issues, popups, cookies, java).
