Web Editorial Board
The Web Editorial Board (WEB) is the official university committee that assumes responsibility for the university Web site (indicated by "www.valdosta.edu" as part of the Uniform Resource Locator (URL)), which is defined as the Web pages of VSU colleges, divisions, departments, programs, administrative offices or other units. The board reviews a variety of Web site issues including compliance and exemptions, editorial content, navigation and the overall appearance of the site. The WEB is responsible for developing the policies for Web page construction using new formats and standards. Its members monitor the site's consistency and ensures editorial content is free of errors while also adhering to the University's mission.
WEB membership includes the following voting members, each ex-officio (serving by virtue of the office they hold or appointed by a superior):
