Joining the OAC has never been easier! The first thing you need to do is fill out three forms. First is a membership form, second is a waiver, and third is the club sports physical. To get the physical filled out you must make an appointment with Farber Health Services and have them fill it out. All of the forms are linked below and are on the posted items of the facebook group. The membership dues are $40 for the year or $25 for each semester. This cost includes a ROCKIN t-shirt. Once you have all the paper work filled out and are ready to pay your dues you can turn it all in at the Rec Center office.
