Con!!!
Kaji-con is a one-day convention complete with costume contest, videogame tournaments, a theater-style viewing room, and plenty of fun panels! Kaji-con, so named after the Japanese word for “blaze,” a nod to our own VSU Blazers, will be opened to the students, faculty, and public at large. It’s going to be chock full of anime, games, and prizes. Unfortunately, since this is still a fairly new convention there will not be a dealers room or an artist's alley. But do you know what makes that ok? It’s completely free! You’re not going to want to miss this one! Kaji-con will be held on Saturday, November 19th in Valdosta State University’s University Center on the Food-Court side. The con begins 8:30am with Registration, the first event starting at 9:00am, and the fun ends at 9:00pm. There is absolutely no cost to Kaji-con! Information concerning panels, events, prizes, etc., has been released!!! Directions have also be posted.
