The Honor
Society of Phi Kappa Phi is the oldest and largest national honor society recognizing
and encouraging superior scholarship in all academic disciplines. Established
in 1897, Phi Kappa Phi elects students from the upper 7.5% of those who have
reached the final period of their junior year; seniors in the upper 10% of
their class; and outstanding graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Undergraduate inductees nominated by their chapters compete annually for
fellowships and scholarships offered by the Phi Kappa Phi Foundation in
support of first-year graduate study. The Society also publishes a quarterly
journal, Phi Kappa Phi Forum, for its active membership and sponsors a
triennial convention. Site maintained by Dr.
Lee Campbell. |
