Purpose of Policy	The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures to collect, organize, and provide free and unimpeded public access to United States Government publications and Georgia State publications.
Who Should Know this Policy	Students, faculty, and staff of Valdosta State University The general public including members of the business and agricultural community, elementary and secondary school communicates, as well as referrals from the South Georgia Regional Library
