POLICY NUMBER 2406.1	Policy on Scholarly Misconduct
Purpose of Policy	The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for filing, investigating, and appealing a report of scholarly misconduct.
Who Should Know this Policy	This policy shall apply to all Valdosta State University instructional faculty, research faculty, graduate stufdent research assistants, graduate student teaching assistants, graduate student staff, undergraduate students employees in research or other scholarly activities, post doctoral fellows, post doctoral research associates, visiting faculty or staff, faculty or staff on sabbatical leave, adjunct faculty performing University work, and faculty or staff on leave without pay. This policy applies to students only when acting in the course of their employment with Valdosta State University.
