Grades
WebCT provides the capablility for instructors and teaching assistants to record and display grades to students.
Workshops
The Distance Learning department offers WebCT Vista grade book training for instructors and staff. Please check the training calendar for upcoming workshops or schedule a one on one appointment.
Releasing Grades to Students
1. Add the MY GRADES icon to the course tool bar.
2. Change "Release to Student" column setting to YES
Teaching Assistants
Teaching Assistants (TA) can be added to courses so that they can record grades. For this request, Please email webct@valdosta.edu and provide the Teaching Assistant's name and Blazenet email address. Include the course abbreviations and section (Ex: ENGL-1101-A) and specify that you want your TA to have access to the grade book. Also if you need your TA to help you build your course, please request that they also have designer rights.
