WebCT Vista to Blazeview Section Migration Form

Many faculty wish to re-use a section they have prepared rather than starting from scratch. Please use this form to help us schedule when you plan for your section to be ready to be re-used. We will make a template (copy) of the source WebCT Vista section and apply/paste that template into a BlazeVIEW migrated section and then you will be able to assign it to your desired target section(s). See our How Do I Copy (Migrate) Entire Course Content From One Course to Another? guide for details.

* Please allow at least 5 working days to complete your request.*

The template can be changed once applied to reflect differences from the previous use (even a completely different course).

NOTE: The dates you provide here may or may not be dates we use. We will place you on a schedule based on the dates provided as best we can.
