A VECU Loan
Officer can accept your loan application and discuss qualifications,
guidelines, fees, and requirements with you. VECU follows a
risk-based lending policy approved by the Board of Directors.
All loans require a current and acceptable credit report(s) for the
borrower(s), income and employment verification of the borrower(s), are subject
to approval of the Credit Committee, and other documents which may be
required to secure a loan. The Credit Committee meets biweekly.
$175,000 maximum
on any mortgage with member paying for title opinion, appraisal,
recording fee, flood determination, Georgia mortgage broker fee,
intangible tax, inspection of property and termite bond at VECU's
discretion.
Home equity lines of
credit are now available. Inquire at the credit union.
VECU is currently accepting
mortgage loan applications online through
Credit Union Member Mortgage.
