University Assessment Committee
The University Assessment Committee (UAC) was created to foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement in both academic and administrative areas. It serves as an executive body, reporting to the President and Vice Presidents on assessment processes occurring campus-wide; collecting data from and reviewing assessment programs of all units of the university. Its membership consists of representatives from each college and each senior administrative division; members will serve 3-year terms. For a list of current members and their contact information, click here.
Currently, the committee is requesting reports from all divisions and departments outlining the history and current status of their assessment programs. These reports will be used for the SACS Reaffirmation of Accreditation, but they will also enable the committee to determine the current status of assessment in each degree program and administrative unit.
