National Panhellenic Conference is an organization established to foster Interfraternity relationships, to assist collegiate chapters (College Panhellenic Councils) of the NPC member groups, and to cooperate with colleges and universities in maintaining the highest scholastic and social standards.
National Panhellenic Conference was created over a number of years through a united spirit among different women's fraternitites. The women discussed Interfraternity courtesy, fraternity jewelry and stationery and Greek journalism, they decided on the colors green and white to represent their organization. The fraternities come to an agreement about rushing rules and promised to help and support one another. After taking on many different names, a conclusion was met to call the group of women the National Panhellenic Council. Here at Valdosta State University, we are referred to as the College Panhellenic Council. If there are any questions concering this page, please contact Allie Sanders at alsanders@valdosta.edu
