Sigma Alpha epsilon

Sigma Alpha Epsilon was founded in 1856 at the University of Alabama. Since then it has grown to become the largest fraternity in the country. Nationally, the fraternity prides itself in its Southern heritage and the development of the True Gentleman. At Valdosta State University, SAE has been contributing to those goals since 1973. Our chapter has gained recognition on campus for our academic success, our strict no-hazing policies, and our personal integrity. We pride ourselves especially in our philanthropy, hosting numerous successful events throughout the year and have gained recognition on a national level for our efforts. Ultimately, Sigma Alpha Epsilon at Valdosta State University promotes the values of brotherhood, moral integrity, and personal success, fostering in all of our members the attributes needed to rise above the rest during the collegiate years and perpetuating these values into the future. We take great pride in our abilities as a social fraternity to create leaders and strive to be True Southern Gentlemen.
