  • What are some challenges you faced during your second year?

I have had some challenges with time management.  I have had to learn how to balance my time between classes and extra-curricular activities.

  • If you could offer sophomores one piece of advice what would it be?

It is never too late to get involved around campus.  You have to have some form of activity other than classes!

  • If you could have added to changed one thing about your sophomore year what would it have been?

I wouldn’t have added or changed anything.  I believe that things happen for a reason, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without those experiences just the way they were.

  • Who/what has been the most influential person/moment in your college experience thus far?

Cookie Garrett!  She has taught me so much and is always around to listen to me whenever I need her.  She is supportive of my efforts in life and continuously guides me with the best advice she can give.
