Increase Graduation and Retention rate of second-year students by targeting those who are or may be potentially at-risk through programming that will aid in the following areas:

  •                 Identifying an academic direction and/or career path
  •                 Solidifying a bond with the university
  •                 Increasing engagement between faculty/staff and students
